Aplasia of thumb is
rare congenital anomaly of hand. It may occur isolated or with
syndromes. Along with syndrome it serve as useful marker (along with
clinical and radiological finding) helpful to establish correct
diagnosis, leading to appropriate management and genetic counseling.
