Abstract

Epidermolytic acanthoma (EA), histologically characterised by the presence of “epidermolytic hyperkeratosis” (EH), is a rare acquired, benign cutaneous disorder.  Usually it occurs as a solitary papillamatous lesion in early adulthood.  The exact aetiology is not known.  Few cases have been reported in the literature, we report a case of EA with unusual presentation over the male external genitalia.
