Abstract         Idiopathic Granulomtous Mastitis is a recurrent, rare, chronic inflammatory benign breast disease of unknown etiology. Failure to diagnose may lead to the diagnosis of Cancer as it mimics it clinically and radiologically, which subsequently leads to unnecessary mastectomies. Cytological diagnosis of Granulomatous Mastitis is difficult as it has overlapping features with many other entities. This present case series highlights profile of 11 patients diagnosed as Granulomatous mastitis by cytological examination and confirmed by histopathological examination at PCMS&RC, Bhopal.
