Abstract     Introduction: One of the most common presenting complaints patients bring to their family physicians and ENT surgeons is dizziness. In day-to-day ENT practice, incidence of dizziness is reported to be 10-15 %. Because patients with incidence of dizziness often have difficulty describing their symptoms, determining the cause can be challenging. Aims and Objectives: To study clinical profile of Vertigo Patients at Tertiary Care Hospital. Material and Methods: This is a perspective study which was conducted in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, tertiary care center. This study was done in tertiary care and Medical college. Data collection-18 months from January 2014 to June 2015. Data analysis: six months from July 2015 to December 2015.Sample size included patients who presented with primary complaints of vertigo in our Otorhinolaryngology OPD. Sample size was 73 patients. All cases attending the ENT OPD with the vertigo. Result: Out of 73, 42 patients complained of pure vertigo, 14 patients had disequilibrium, 10 patients complained of pre-syncope with vertigo and 7 patients complained of lightheadedness. One patient gave history of blunt trauma. Most common associated symptoms was Nausea followed by Vomiting, Headache, Ear ache, Hearing loss, Tinnitus, Aural fullness, Non auditory neurologic symptoms. Out of 73; 15 patients had Romberg’s test positive and 10 had Unterberger test positive. Dix- Hall pike test showed nystagums in 26 patients. Dysdidochokinesia was seen in 3 patients. Only 1 patient had ipsi-lateral V, VI, VII, X nerve involvement associated with vertigo. As per PTA test 68.49% peoples were Normal and 1.37 were having Conductive hearing loss and 30.14 were having Sensorineural hearing loss. Conclusion: Clinical study of vertigo is helpful for the detection of most common age and sex and most common clinical feature type of vertigo and hearing status of the patients so this is helpful for the clinical diagnosis of the patients
